Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you. Whom you have received from God
Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, ask yourself.. are you taking care of your body?
Do you have a healthy, balanced diet?
Do you exercise regularly?
How much water are you drinking daily?
What is your body care routine like?
What is your skincare like?
What kind of music lyrics are you filling your mind with by listening to?
Who are the people you are surrounding yourself with? Being around people for so much can have an impact on the way you think.
All of these things contribute to the wellbeing and health of your body. In general and in respect, we must be taking care of ourselves as best we can.
Make weekly and daily goals as to how you can be the best person you can be as well as keeping your body in tip top condition.
